About the Peptide Genome

The Peptide Genome is an interactive 3D clinician reference from Precision Practice Mastery. It maps peptide agents, endogenous signals, substrates, and clinical outcomes across five domains: the growth hormone axis, metabolic health, tissue repair, immune defense, and longevity and inflammation. Each connection is labeled by relationship and evidence tier (established, emerging, or mechanistic), with oversight flags for contraindications and monitoring, and links to the published research behind it. The map is organized around the Healspan Core and the Four Foundations of Health: communication, environment, orchestration, and resources.
